The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Department is responsible for the preparation of new vehicles for key manufacturing clients, including Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, Hyundai and Nissan. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver high-quality work within set deadlines by managing your own workload effectively, focusing on efficiency and task prioritisation.
  • Coordinate the administrative processes for vehicle preparation checks ahead of completion by trained technicians.
  • Liaise with the Front of House Team to prioritise vehicle preparation tasks based on operational needs.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity when interacting with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Ensure PDI Centre administration is fully compliant with internal policies and external brand requirements.

  • Assign tasks to workshop teams, providing clear direction and support to relevant departments.
  • Offer guidance and assistance across business areas when required, ensuring consistent service delivery.
What We’re Looking For

  • Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Competence in using manufacturer-supported systems and digital tools.
  • Experience working within structured regulations and procedural frameworks.
  • Previous customer-facing experience, with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues to mutual satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative and data entry capabilities, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to use initiative and adapt to change quickly.
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively with other departments to deliver a seamless and professional service.
