Zusammenfassung

Cox Automotive, through its Manheim Vehicle Solutions division, seeks a Pre-delivery Inspection Administrator in our Bruntingthorpe site. The role focuses on administering PDI checks, data entry, and coordinating between technicians and front-of-house teams to ensure high standards for vehicle preparation.

You will join a busy PDI Centre, with full training provided and a Monday–Friday 40-hour week. A full UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence (minimum 12 months).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capable of remaining calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Competence with manufacturer-supported systems and digital tools.
• Experience working within structured regulations and procedures.

• Deliver high-quality work within set deadlines by managing your workload.
• Coordinate administrative processes for vehicle preparation checks with technicians.

• Ensure PDI Centre administration complies with internal policies and brand requirements.
• Accurately record and update vehicle data in relevant systems.
• Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with vehicle products and market trends.
• Collaborate with team to meet departmental goals and service targets.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills under pressure.
• Assign tasks to workshop teams and provide clear direction as needed.
• Offer cross-department support to ensure seamless service delivery.
