Job summary

Tilbury Douglas in Exeter and the South West Water region is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead pre-construction across the SW Water framework, guiding concepts through handover to construction. You will coordinate design, estimating, planning, commercial, risk and stakeholders to deliver buildable, compliant solutions from concept to ready-to-build status.

The role is hybrid with regular Exeter attendance and travel across the SW Water region.

Qualifications

• Proven project-management experience within construction or infrastructure.
• Experience leading pre-construction projects from concept to handover.
• Desirable membership of APM, ICE, CIOB, CIBSE or RICS.

Responsibilities

• Own allocated projects throughout pre-construction, confirming brief, scope and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain realistic execution plans, programmes and risk logs.
• Lead client and stakeholder engagement and coordinate multi-discipline input.
• Drive commercial control, risk and change management through to handover.
