Job summary

Tilbury Douglas in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide senior leadership for a batch of projects within the Yorkshire Water Framework, focusing on progressing pre-construction into delivery. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage programme, cost, risk and governance, and ensure constructability and delivery readiness.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance experience and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration between pre-construction

Qualifications

• Extensive senior PM experience in water/infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering and commercial functions.
• Strong governance, programme management and commercial controls.
• Experience with pre-construction and project development through delivery.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership from early development through to handover into delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to align design, procurement, planning and construction.
• Maintain visibility of programme, cost, risk and decisions across the portfolio.
• Drive governance, assurance and commercial approval processes.
• Ensure solutions are affordable, compliant and practically deliverable.
• Engage delivery and operations early to influence constructability and logistics.
• Build relationships with Yorkshire Water and internal stakeholders.
• Support the framework leadership team to accelerate progress through pre-construction.
