SES Engineering Services is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join our North West region and drive the pre-construction strategy across high-profile, technically complex projects. You will lead bid teams, coordinate internal and external inputs, and shape win strategies to deliver commercially sound tender submissions.

The role requires coordinating with functional leads and SLT, ensuring all bid outputs are clear and aligned with governance.

• Ensure that all members of the project bid team have a clear understanding of their role and outputs.
• Ensure all bids are carried out and settled in accordance with SES governance.

What you'll be doing:

As a Pre-Construction Manager you will lead and coordinate project bid teams through the pre-construction phase, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused, and commercially sound tender submissions. The role is responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder inputs, driving win strategies, and ensuring compliance with SES Engineering Services' governance processes.

As our pre-construction manager you will:
