Job summary

SES Engineering Services in Scotland is seeking a Bid Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent contract. You will lead the bid process for individual projects, ensuring a coordinated and well-considered submission for adjudication, and support pre-construction activities.

You will implement bid strategy, manage stakeholders, coordinate inputs, chair settlements, and align supply chain input with the business unit.

SES Engineering Services are looking for a Bid Manager on a full-time permanent contract to join our South teamsupporting the Scotland Team to manage SES Engineering Services individual project bid process to ensure thata properly consideredand co-ordinated bid can be presented for adjudication.

What you'll be doing:

OurBidManagersare a valuable part of our business,leading the way to provide leadership on tendersin accordance withtheSESBid Strategy and governance.

As a Bid Manager you will be involved in the following:

• Implementation of agreed bid strategy

• Delivery of settlement requirements
• Chairing project settlements
• Managing input/output from internal and external resource
• Agree supply chain with business unit
• Responsible for the delivery of the bid on time and to the required standard
