SES Engineering Services is seeking a Bid Manager for a full-time permanent role to support our Scotland team and manage the bid process for individual projects. Join a collaborative, forward-thinking group and drive tenders from strategy through to adjudication.

You will lead bid delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality submissions that align with the SES Bid Strategy and governance framework. A great opportunity to advance in a dynamic sector.

What you'll be doing:

Our Bid Managers are a valuable part of our business, leading the way to provide leadership on tenders in accordance with the SES Bid Strategy and governance.

As a Bid Manager you will be involved in the following:

• Implementation of agreed bid strategy
• Project specific stakeholder management
• Delivery of settlement requirements
• Chairing project settlements
• Managing input/output from internal and external resource
• Agree supply chain with business unit
• Responsible for the delivery of the bid on time and to the required standard
