SES Engineering Services is looking for a Principal Electrical Technical Manager to join the SES North team, focusing on high profile, technically complex electrical projects across multiple sectors.

The role involves leadership of engineering activities pre and post contract, driving design reviews, governance and coaching of project teams to deliver excellence across the portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

Our Principal Electrical Technical Managers are a valuable part of our business, and their role will encompass both work winning and the delivery of live projects whilst providing strong functional leadership, management, governance and excellence for all engineering activities pre and post contract, across either a single large project or portfolio of projects.

As our Principal Electrical TechnicalManager,you will:

• Be accountable for adherence to relevant business processes, undertaking Design Reviews, coaching of MEP Designers & management of technical actions.
• Attendance, contribution & collaborationregarding: -‘Making a Great Start' & Strategy Presentations&IPD Workshops.
• Technical accountability for the mechanical engineering servicesfor the project.
• Accountability for technical assessment, coaching and development of Preconstruction Leaders, Design Project Managers & Project Managers & Engineers.
