Kier Group is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase for major construction projects from Newcastle or Leeds. This role involves coordinating bid submissions, managing design activities, and developing robust preconstruction programmes with planning teams.
You will collaborate with estimating, commercial, planning, bid, operations and supply chain teams to ensure deliverable tender submissions and successful project mobilisation.
We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Kier Construction team based in Newcastle or Leeds.
Location: Newcastle or Leeds - with occasional travel between both
Hours: 40 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This role is critical in shaping high-quality, competitive, compliant and deliverable tender submissions, while ensuring the seamless transition from opportunity through to project mobilisation. You'll be working collaboratively with estimating, design, commercial, planning, bid, operational and supply chain teams to ensure project solutions are robust, innovative, buildable and aligned to client requirements and business strategy.
