Kier Group is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join Building Solutions South, based in London and working hybrid. You will support the Senior Preconstruction Manager, lead bid-stage activities and guide cross-disciplinary teams across traditional and design-and-build projects, with project values up to £20m.
The role requires relevant construction/engineering qualification, a CSCS card and a full driving licence.

Kier Places are recruiting for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building Solutions South team, particularly focused in London and reporting to the Senior Preconstruction Manager. With our diverse portfolio of projects coming online, we are looking for an individual who has passion for preconstruction lead activities whilst also being able to work as part of a close-knit team. You will support the Senior Pre-Construction Manager to deliver Pre-Construction services, providing leadership and guidance whilst managing teams at bid stage and during Pre-Construction service agreements. Working for a diverse client base and frameworks, you will be involved in contract values ranging up to £20m within a mixture of both construction and refurbishment schemes.
