Kier Group in Castle Donington (East Midlands) is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Construction team. You will support profitable tenders, estimate project costs, and mentor the estimating team while building strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
The role requires leadership in pre-construction, cost planning and risk management, with collaboration across design, planning and commercial teams to deliver high-quality tenders and robust forecasts.
We're looking for a Senior Estimator to join our Construction team based in Castle Donington.
Location: East Midlands Office, Castle Donington
Hours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
As a Senior Estimator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the generation of profitable tenders for our Construction business. Working closely with the Head of Estimating and the wider team, you'll help estimate project costs, identify opportunities to minimise risk and maximise profit, and contribute to winning contracts that deliver real value for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and mentor an estimating team while building strong relationships across our supply chain and customer base.
