Kier Group is seeking a Site Manager for our project base in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. You will oversee highways infrastructure schemes, town centre regeneration, and maintenance works on a live public highway, ensuring safety and quality on site.
You will manage Kier staff and subcontractors, drive construction phase plans, and coordinate with clients and local stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to high standards.
We're looking for a Site Manager to join our team based in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a diverse range of Major Projects and Local Authority civil engineering schemes across the East Midlands.
Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire – onsite 5 days per week
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 per year + £5,900 annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits

As a Site Manager, you'll be working on highways infrastructure projects including interchange and junction improvements, new builds, town centre regeneration, and active travel schemes, as well as maintenance projects such as carriageway reconstruction, resurfacing, drainage improvements, and structures repairs. Working on a live public highway, you'll promote a human-focused approach to safety whilst managing both Kier staff and labour framework operatives.
