Our client is a reputable and well-established medium-sized contractor based in Bedfordshire. The Role

Our client is currently recruiting for a Pre-Construction Manager on a permanent basis.

The Pre-Construction Manager will play a crucial role during the pre-construction phase, working on both new build and refurbishment projects ranging in value from £1,000,000 to £8,000,000. Reporting directly to the Directors, the successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of the company by overseeing the planning and preparation phases of construction projects. This includes managing the budget, assessing project feasibility, and developing construction schedules.

The ideal candidate may also be involved in estimating project costs.

Working Hours & Benefits

Standard hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
