Pre-Construction Manager - Off-Site Solutions Division

Are you passionate about timber and project management? Do you excel at creating innovative solutions that impress clients and meet deadlines? We are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join our Off-Site Solutions division.

Join a team that is shaping the future of construction using timber! At Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions, we leverage technology and innovation to provide tailored solutions for construction projects. We manufacture high-quality products and building systems, and also offer expertise in design, logistics, supply chain, and sourcing through our specialist brands.

This role is home-based with regular travel across Scotland, ideally within the Central Belt.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Off-Site Solutions, ensuring accurate communication of architectural drawings, details, and technical specifications to the design team.
2. Facilitate timely and clear information exchange between clients and the internal design office before the Design Office Handover.
3. Address technical queries early to prevent delays and misunderstandings during the design process.
4. Monitor and manage the project plan, ensuring all activities are tracked, updated, and communicated effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of timber, offsite manufacturing, pre-construction processes, and architectural design.
2. Experience in project management, including planning and coordinating front-end activities.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Problem-solving abilities to resolve technical issues efficiently.
5. Stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal and external parties.
6. Knowledge of HSEQ regulations and CDM guidelines related to construction.
