Practitioner Psychologist - Warrington, Cheshire

Join Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education, as a Practitioner Psychologist in a regional role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School, and Armley Grange School.

Job Details:
  • Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus
  • Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
  • Location: Regional role covering multiple schools in Warrington
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils
  • Manage a caseload alongside other clinicians
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
  • Support a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding and pupil well-being
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in Psychology (Masters or Doctorate)
  • Experience working with children and young people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and additional needs
  • Registered with HCPC
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
