Job description

Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist

Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as £2,500 after one month and £2,500 after probation). T&Cs apply.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

We seek an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our expanding clinical service. You will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans, manage a caseload, and contribute to staff training and consultation. This role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, and decision-making ability.

Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding and pupil involvement. We aim to empower vulnerable young people and build their futures.

Location options include Barton School, Bradford Beacon School, and Armley Grange School.

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Psychology (Masters/Doctorate)
• Experience with children and young people with intellectual disabilities/autism and additional needs
• Registered with HCPC
• Leadership and management experience and qualifications (desirable)
