Job description

Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist

Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 upon completing probation. T&C's apply).

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks.

Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

We are expanding our clinical service and seek a Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Team. You will deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, and decision-making ability.

Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment, prioritizing safeguarding and involving pupils in decisions affecting them. We aim for excellence, empowering vulnerable young people to build futures.
