Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist
Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and a further £2,500 after probation). T&C's apply.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
We are looking for an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to work in a key role for our service. This is a varied role ideal for those seeking a new challenge with a real impact on shaping a service and driving change.
About the role:
We are expanding our clinical service. The post holder will deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, support staff training, and contribute to reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making ability, and workload management skills.
Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding and pupil involvement in decisions. We aim for excellence and empower vulnerable young people to build futures.
