Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist
Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as £2,500 after one month and £2,500 after probation). T&Cs apply.
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle
We are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our expanding clinical service. This role involves delivering assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contributing to staff training, and supporting a holistic, therapeutic approach.
You will hold a caseload alongside other clinicians, with support from our Clinical Team, and contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management.
Our Clinical Team provides a nurturing environment focused on pupil wellbeing, with strong safeguarding practices. We aim to empower vulnerable young people to build positive futures.
