Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (paid as £2,500 after one month and £2,500 after final probation; T&Cs apply)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
We are looking for an outstanding and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to work in a key role for our service. This is a wide and varied role ideal for those looking for a new challenge where you can truly have an impact on shaping a service and driving change.
We are expanding our clinical service during a time of growth. The Practitioner Psychologist will work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils. This role offers the opportunity to join an expanding clinical team, making a real difference with a holistic, therapeutic approach.
You will manage a caseload alongside other clinicians, with support from our Clinical Team, and contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management.
Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment where pupils can flourish, with a strong safeguarding culture. Our pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them.
