Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 upon final probation. T&Cs apply)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management.
