Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist

Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month, and another of £2,500 upon completing your probation). T&Cs apply.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

We are looking for an outstanding and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to work in a key role for our service. This is a wide and varied role ideal for those looking for a new challenge where you can truly have an impact on shaping a service and driving change.

About the role:

We are excited to be expanding our clinical service during a time of growth. The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. This role suits a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage their workload.

Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding, where pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions. We aim for excellence in supporting vulnerable young people, building their futures and empowering them to succeed.
