Service Based – Practitioner Psychologist
Based in a local delivery hub
CGL Salary Scale: 40-46 – £44,471.72 - £51,101.96
This role provides an exciting progression opportunity for a Newly Qualified HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist following completion of a preceptorship process or as an opportunity for career progression. It will enable you to further develop your skills, taking supported first steps as a Highly Specialist Practitioner Psychologist, and with ongoing opportunities for professional development.

Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Practitioner Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering assessment, formulation, and recovery-focused interventions to service users.
Under supervision of a senior registered Psychologist, you will be part of our national Psychology Team with opportunities for reflective practice, peer support, research, and CPD.
Having qualified, you will be supported to complete our preceptorship programme over a maximum of two years, with potential for role progression and ongoing Highly Qualified Practitioner Psychologist opportunities.
You will ensure high-quality, evidence-based care that improves psychological well-being, emphasizing physical, psychological, and emotional safety, and supporting empowerment and trauma-informed practices.
Salary Range (pro rata for part-time): £44,471.72 - £51,101.96 (CGL Salary Scale points 40-46)
Full-time hours are 37.5 hours/week; part-time salary will be pro-rated based on hours.
