Job summary

The Mount View Practice in Fleetwood, Lancashire is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our patient-focused primary care team. 20 hours per week (Mondays & Fridays) with training and development support available to upskill in chronic disease management, cytology, vaccinations, and more.

We welcome applicants from experienced nurses as well as those with transferable skills from other backgrounds who are keen to develop in primary care.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration and practising Certificate
• Experience in primary care or community nursing preferred
• Immunisations qualifications or willingness to train to provide vaccines

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care within the practice
• Lead chronic disease management clinics and patient education
• Administer immunisations and vaccinations
• Undertake wound care and treatment room duties
• Maintain clinical records and adhere to governance standards
