Hanley Health Centre in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join a busy 3-site GP practice. The role is full-time with salary dependent on qualifications and experience.

You will deliver general nursing care, immunisations for children and adults, injections, cervical cytology, and chronic disease management while supporting audits and QOF/QIF processes. A caring nature and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Duties include general nursing duties, childhood and adult immunisations, injections, cervical cytology, chronic disease management, wound management, contraceptive advice, assisting with QOF/QIF and audits.
• Cervical cytology and immunisation qualifications are essential requirements.
• Experience with primary care software is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide general nursing duties including immunisations and injections.
• Manage cervical cytology and chronic disease care in a primary care setting.
• Assist with QOF/QIF and audits and maintain accurate records.
