PICS is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to support GPs and ANPs in delivering evidence-based care within a general practice setting. You will focus on long-term condition management, screening, immunisations and health promotion while adhering to NMC guidelines.

The role requires working Thursday and Friday with early start times, collaborative team support, and engagement in audits and governance processes. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Competenze

• Registered first level nurse with NMC registration and current practising status.
• Active CPD and ongoing professional development participation.
• Experience working in General Practice or community health settings.

Mansioni

• Assess and plan care for patients with long-term conditions.
• Deliver and evaluate health promotion and preventive care programmes.
• Support screening, cervical cytology, immunisation and travel health initiatives.
• Collaborate with GPs, ANPs and the practice team to optimise patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to governance and audits.
• Deliver vaccination and immunisation programmes for adults and children.
