You will manage chronic diseases, conduct health checks, immunisations, wound care and blood pressure monitoring in a varied, autonomous workload. Cervical screening is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in primary care nursing.
• Ability to work autonomously within a clinical team.
• Comfort with a broad range of Practice Nurse duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care nursing across chronic disease management, health checks and immunisations.
• Perform wound care and blood pressure monitoring.
• Support the clinical and administrative team in day-to-day activities.
• Contribute to cervical screening where applicable.
• Deliver care in a varied and autonomous workload.
