Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a qualified Practice Nurse for a GP practice in Bexley. You will perform a wide range of nursing duties within a supportive team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Flexible hours, and both full-time and part-time options are available. The role focuses on chronic disease management, immunisations, screening, and patient education within a well-established primary care setting.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Previous Practice Nurse or primary care experience.
• Experience in chronic disease management.
• Cervical cytology qualification.
• Immunisation and vaccination experience.
• Experience with asthma and COPD.
• Experience with diabetes management.
• Experience using primary care clinical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering high-quality Practice Nursing services.
• Chronic disease management and reviews.
• Diabetes, asthma and COPD reviews.
• Hypertension and cardiovascular disease management.
• Health checks and preventative healthcare.
• Childhood and adult immunisations.
• Cervical screening.
• Wound care and dressings.
• ECGs and routine observations.
• New patient health checks.
• Lifestyle advice and health promotion.
• Supporting patients with long-term conditions.
• Clinical assessment and appropriate escalation of concerns.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Supporting clinical audits and practice development.
• Working effectively as part of the wider primary care team.
