Qualifications

• NMC registered and experienced within primary care.
• Confident across broad treatment-room duties and long-term condition management.
• Capable of working autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of high-quality nursing care to the practice population.
• Conduct treatment room duties and wound care and dressings.
• Administer immunisations and vaccinations.
• Carry out health checks and routine reviews.
• Support patients with long-term conditions.
• Perform cervical screening and chronic disease management.
