Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications: RGN, current NMC registration, calm under pressure, team player, good time management.
• Desirable: experience in general practice and cervical cytology/wound care would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing long term conditions.
• Collaborating with GPs to provide high levels of care.
• Assessing, evaluating and monitoring treatment plans.
• Cervical cytology screening, childhood immunisations, contraception and vaccinations.
• Promoting healthy lifestyle and guiding to services.
• Mentor and support healthcare assistants.
• Administer travel vaccines.
