Job description

A Practice Nurse post at Rowner Medical Centre, part of a GP practice team that works with a wider primary care network. The work centres on managing long-term conditions such as respiratory disease, alongside wound care, immunisations, travel vaccinations, cervical screening and contraception. The role sits within a multidisciplinary team and includes mentoring health care assistants. Applicants need an RGN qualification and current NMC registration.

What the job involves

• Manage long-term conditions such as respiratory conditions
