Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a Practice Nurse to support local primary care and improve access, outcomes and patient experience. The role is 28.5 hours per week with salary up to £48,000 depending on experience.

You will work with the practice team to deliver high-quality care, contribute to CQC readiness, and participate in in-house CPD and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.

Responsibilities

• As a valued member of the Operose Health team, assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance and collaboration with the practice team.
• Provide care for presenting patients, manage chronic diseases, and evaluate the care delivered.

Main Responsibilities

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.


• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
