Job description

Menlo Park is working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking GP surgery to add a Practice Nurse to their close-knit nursing team. The role is permanent, for 25-30 hours per week, ideally suited for a Practice Nurse with experience in Long Term Conditions, preferably Respiratory, but open to Diabetes as well. You will be part of a small nursing team within a wider multidisciplinary team (MDT). This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established and respected team that supports staff development and progression.

Salary

£35,000 - £41,000 per annum (£18-£21 per hour) DOE + NHS pension + 27 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Study leave
