An established industry player is seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join their team in Swindon. This role involves care coordination and conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals with severe mental health needs. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including clinicians and therapists, to deliver effective interventions. The role involves care co-ordination of Service Users, including assessments and delivering interventions to individuals, families, and groups.
You will collaborate with clinicians such as family workers, CBT therapists, psychiatrists, and psychologists.
Driving is essential for this role, as supporting clients to appointments is part of the work. Flexibility in working hours is required to reach clients and carers, with some work outside of office hours. You will work within a small MDT team with a team approach. There may be future opportunities for training in psychological interventions and shared learning with other recovery teams in AWP and the South West.
