They are looking for a Practice Nurse ideally with strong chronic disease management experience, however, would be open to training someone up as long as you have Primary Care experience. There is flexibility around full or part time. This is a superb opportunity for a Practice Nurse experienced in Primary Care.

Salary – £35,000 - £42,000 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Ad Hoc Study Leave + Indemnity

Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience Mix of treatment room duties and CDM ideally Full or Part time Work across 2 surgeries Flexible on days and hours to suit you Work alongside the other Practice Nurses in a close-knit team The benefits –

Salary up to £22 per hour DOE NHS pension 5 weeks Annual Leave + Bank Holidays Ad Hoc Study Leave Progression and development support
