Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a Practice Nurse at Broad Oak Medical Centre in Nottingham to join a team delivering high-quality primary care. This 37.5-hour-per-week role offers competitive pay up to £44,000 depending on qualifications and experience, with pro rata annual leave and CPD opportunities.

You will assist with CQC outcomes, collaborate with the practice team, and provide care for patients including chronic disease management, while maintaining excellent standards and policies.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Good knowledge of Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF).

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and work with the general practice team to ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide care for the presenting patient, including treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

Broad Oak Medical Centre are looking for a Practice Nurse for 37.5 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties will include:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
