Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a Practice Nurse to support local primary care delivery at Kirkby Community Primary Care, Nottingham. The role requires LTC experience and UK nursing registration, with duties spanning chronic disease management, immunisations, and cervical cytology.

Qualifications

• Essential: Long Term Condition (LTC) experience.
• UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF).

Main Responsibilities:
