Job summary

Operose Health is recruiting a practice nurse for the Brunswick Medical Centre. The role focuses on patient care, including treatment and chronic disease management, while supporting the registered manager with CQC compliance and ensuring adherence to practice policies.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and requires UK registration with significant post-registration experience, plus cervical cytology and baby immunisation experience in addition to knowledge of the Quality Outcomes

Qualifications

• Significant post-registration nursing experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology.
• Experience in baby immunisations.
• Good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF).

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered manager with CQC outcomes and maintain compliance.
• Work with the general practice team to meet patients' needs.
• Ensure practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide care for presenting patients, including treatment.
• Manage chronic disease.
