A busy GP training practice in South West London is seeking an experienced Practice Manager or Trainee Practice Manager. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager or a motivated Trainee Practice Manager to work closely with the Business Manager in the day‑to‑day management and strategic development of the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established manager or an aspiring manager looking to develop their career within general practice. A special interest and/or qualification in Human Resources is highly desirable, as the role includes significant responsibility for staff management and workforce development.
The position requires working on site 5 days a week.
For trainee applicants, full training and support will be provided, with a structured development plan in place.
