Job summary

Oakley Medical Practice, located 6 miles outside Dunfermline, is seeking a Practice Manager for a full-time, permanent position. The role involves financial and HR management within a well-established team that includes GPs, ANP, and Practice Nurses. The practice uses Emis (soon Vision) and Docman and welcomes medical students and FY2 placements.

A competitive salary will be offered, dependent on experience, with membership of the NHS pension scheme available. Closing Date: 02/10/2026.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior NHS/Primary Care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong leadership with financial and HR management capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and human resources for the practice.

• Support business development and ensure continued success and development of Oakley Medical Practice.
