Job description

PRACTICE MANAGER TO COVER 2 SITES IN SUTTON COLDFIELD

Working Days: Initially advertised for 2 days a week – Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Potential to Increase: Up to 3 days depending on how much workload the person is able to take on
Start Date: As soon as possible

Offering £25ph- £30ph
All candidates must have atleast 3 years management experience

Working Hours:
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Reason for Role:
This is a new role, as I’ve been managing both practices myself for the past 10 years, covering everything from HR, payroll, and billing to handling patient complaints and managing clinicians.
As the practices continue to grow, I’m looking to delegate these responsibilities to someone experienced, so I can focus on broader business development.

Practice Overview:
The Practice Manager will be overseeing 2 sites, located approximately 1–2 miles apart:
1. A fully private, three-surgery practice
2. A mixed NHS and private, two-surgery practice

Systems & Facilities:
• Both sites use Dentally, a multi-site software system
• Fully digital operations with iTero scanners (four scanners across both locations)
• Parking:
o One practice has on-site parking available
o second practice has roadside parking (~5-minute walk)

• Both practices are within a 5-minute walk of local train stations

Additional Info:
• This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship

• This is the first time the Practice Manager role is being introduced at either practice
