Practice Manager, QA Manager, Service Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Remote

Practice Manager / QA Manager required to work for a fast growing business based in Central London. This role is primarily remote, with some travel to London offices and occasional global travel, all expenses paid. Please read carefully before applying.

The role may involve early or late calls due to global coverage, requiring flexibility. Immediate availability is a plus.

The key areas of knowledge and experience include:

  • Domain Knowledge (Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Testing – Frameworks, Tools, Techniques)
  • Resource Management (Capacity & Capability with Partners and internal teams)
  • Stakeholder Engagement (from Execs to Delivery, including planning, monitoring & reporting)
  • Delivery (Driving team outcomes, ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction)
  • Governance, Leadership & Management (budgets, quality strategy, team oversight)

Additional requirements:

  • Experience managing or leading significant QA teams, including third parties, with team sizes around 70 people.
  • Strong network of third-party vendors and experience in managing or replacing them.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in QA roles, including testing or QA assistance, to understand daily operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilience and a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to participate in global calls and travel at short notice.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards like ISO9001.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools (e.g., test automation, bug tracking).
  • Experience in developing quality management frameworks, strategies, policies, and test plans.
  • Professional certification in quality management is a plus.
  • Ability to build temporary teams for audits, testing, and improvement programs.
