Job summary

PortmanDentex Coombe Dental Care in Salisbury is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to lead a busy, patient-focused team. The role involves oversight of daily operations, financials (P&L, KPIs) and compliance, with 30 hours per week and some flexibility; ideally full days Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm.

You'll be the Registered Manager for the practice, driving service excellence, staff development, and collaborative growth with the partnership. A welcoming, community-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dental practice or strong leadership in a service-focused environment.
• Ability to deliver excellent patient care through strong team leadership.
• Confident handling financials, KPIs and budgets.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist team atCoombe Dental Care in Salisbury

30 hours per week, with some flexibility. Ideally full days between the hours8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Competitive salary dependent on your experience

Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management

Coombe Dental Careis a busy family practice located close to the centre of picturesque Salisbury. Established in 2005 we have a great local reputation for providing good quality care and a wide range of treatments.

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential

Passionate about delivering great service

Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best

Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)

Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
