Job summary

Cheltenham Arnica Dental is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a team of 7-15 and deliver outstanding patient care at GL53 0BS. You will drive clinic income, recruit staff, manage marketing and diary planning, and ensure compliance with CQC requirements.

Strong communication and IT skills, plus experience in dental management, are desirable. The role emphasizes collaboration to push key business priorities, proactive marketing, and utilisation of Bupa products to maximise revenue, while

Qualifications

• Experience in dental practice management preferred.
• Strong leadership and recruitment skills.
• Ability to drive income and meet targets.
• Proficient with practice software and communications.
• Understanding of CQC and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry leading patient care in your practice.
• Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice (including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take up and treatment plans).
• Motivate, lead and engage a team of 7-15 colleagues.
• Collaborate to drive forward business priorities.
• Proactively market your practice to drive patient numbers.
• Ensure the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines as the CQC registered manager.
• Effectively manage recruitment & selection for all staff.
• Utilise Bupa products and services to maximise revenue.
• Confidently use computer software and communications via emails/telephone/Microsoft Teams.
• Dental experience desirable but open to strong managers from other fields.

Monday to Friday 40 hours a week

Practice Manager responsibilities and skills:

• Delivering industry leading patient care in your practice
• Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice (including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take up and treatment plans)
• Ability to motivate, lead and engage a team of 7-15 colleagues
• Collaborating and influencing conversations to drive forward business priorities
• Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers

• Utilising Bupa products and services to maximise revenue
• Confidence in using computer software's and communication via emails/telephone/Microsoft teams
