Job summary

mydentist in Ipswich is seeking a Practice Manager to drive performance across a 14-surgery practice offering NHS and Private care, including implants and orthodontics. You’ll lead a large team of support staff and clinicians, manage budgets and regulatory compliance, and help shape patient care with the backing of the network.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Experience in training and development of a large team.
• Experience working with budgets, targets and KPIs.
• Commercially minded with ability to grow the practice.
• Ability to interpret financial data including profit and loss accounts.
