The Dental Centre in London is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to bring people-focused leadership to our busy dental team. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8.30am to 5.30pm; you'll oversee operations, growth, and overall practice performance.

As Registered Manager, you'll work closely with clinical and admin staff to deliver exceptional patient care, manage budgets and KPIs, ensure compliant processes, and support a positive, service-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• Background in healthcare, retail, hospitality or service-focused roles.
• Experience leading teams and delivering excellent service.
• Confidence working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).

• Ahealthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background- experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse isan added bonus, but not essential

• Confident working with financials(P&L, KPIs, budgets)
• Focused ondelivering operational excellence: fromfully-functioningequipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
