Job summary

Kissdental in Bury is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our fully private dental practice. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a competitive salary and a state-of-the-art environment.

You will manage the practice, drive income targets, oversee P&L, and ensure compliance while leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager in private or mixed practice
• Management experience in healthcare, retail, or hospitality may be considered
• Commercially savvy with ownership of P&L accounts
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a great patient experience
• Dentally software experience preferred but not essential
• Ensure CQC and other compliance requirements are met at all times
• Provide exceptional patient care and customer service

Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth, efficient and compliant running of the dental practice with a focus on patient safety
• Providing excellent service in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance
• Plan and drive income targets while ensuring alignment with profit & loss targets
• Monitor and lead KPI reviews, P&L calls and support clinicians to achieve targets
• Deliver staff training and development; run 1-1s and performance management

Kissdental are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable fullyprivate dental practice in Bury. This is a great opportunity to lead a state of the art practice which has only been open in the town for the last couple of years.

Kissdental are a highly reputable 9 practice fully private Dentistry group, and are quickly expanding all across the North West. We are looking for a self-motivated & hard working individual with a friendly and approachable personality & a proven management background.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Plan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the role
• Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets
• Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• We are ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within a private or mixed practice
• We may also be open to considering applicants with management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail & hospitality
• Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvement
• Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service

• Highly competitive salary of up to £40K P/A is on offerdepending on experience & advanced qualifications - there may be scope for negotiation for the successful candidate
