Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and business profitability. This role is responsible for achieving pharmacy targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy team, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's excellence.

Daily responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to provide excellent patient care, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service within GPhC standards and clinical governance.

You will have access to in-store, regional, and head office support for clinical and service queries.
