As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practice to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality primary care, meeting regulatory requirements, professional statutory standards, and business performance targets. You will also be responsible for the ongoing recruitment, retention, and development of staff, along with all HR responsibilities.
To maintain the practice functionality, motivate and manage staff, optimize efficiency and overall performance, and ensure the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment. The Practice Manager is responsible for HR issues, patient complaints, practice policies & protocols to ensure compliance with CQC, clinical targets within the practice, data protection, health & safety, I.T security/issues, clinical incidents, significant events, managing the clinical rotas, and administrative tasks within the clinical system (SystmOne).
