Practice Manager Position at Gaskell Avenue Dental Clinic

We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to lead our team of 25 at our busy Gaskell Avenue Dental Clinic in Knutsford. Our 6-surgery clinic offers a full range of services including general dentistry, implants, aligners, fixed orthodontics, and perio. Parking is available at the rear of the practice.

About The Role

As Practice Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure excellent patient care. You will also be involved in strategic planning and business development to grow the practice.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

About You

You should be patient-focused, committed to delivering excellence throughout the patient experience. Experience as a CQC registered manager in the dental industry is highly desirable.

Main Duties

• Contribute to budget planning and manage the practice's P&L
• Develop business plans focusing on performance, KPIs, and growth
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, NHS, and suppliers
• Share best practices and celebrate successes within the region
